The Kentucky Talking Book Library is a part of the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives. KTBL provides free library services to all Kentuckians regardless of age who are unable to read standard print materials due to a visual, physical, or reading disability.
We are providing these marketing and outreach resources to promote our KTBL services to blind and print disabled patrons, their caregivers, certifying authorities and more.
Public and school libraries are more than welcome to use any of the materials on this page for promotion or outreach in partnership with KTBL.
