The collection of the State Library of Kentucky reflects the evolution of services provided through the State Library Services Division. The purpose of this policy is:
- To serve as a planning and working tool for State Library staff in the selection of materials;
- To inform the public about the principles upon which selections are made and gifts are accepted.
