This service is designed to assist state employees with questions related to their work, including in-depth research, reference look-up, requesting videos and DVDs, and obtaining materials from other libraries through interlibrary loan (ILL).

This service is provided for the staff of Kentucky public libraries needing assistance with reference questions and professional consultation. Kit materials can be requested via our Kits​ page. Members of the public should request assistance or materials by contacting their local public library.
