E-rate
E-rate funds provide discounted Internet access and subsidize the cost of eligible network equipment for public libraries. KDLA offers E-rate training and one-on-one assistance for all aspects of the application cycle.

Technology Planning
KDLA provides a technology plan template that meets the Essential level of the Kentucky Public Library Standards. KDLA can review plans, including ones created with other templates, for compliance with technology plan requirements included in the Standards.
