  • ​The USAC Client Service Bureau can be reached at 1-888-203-8100 or by creating a customer service case in the E-rate Productivity Center using the Contact Us link at the upper right of the landing page. The Contact US link is also listed under the Actions tab.

  • E-rate Central has a weekly newsletter, and libraries can use the Funding Quick Search on the state information page for Kentucky to research E-rate funding commitments using the library system Billed Entity Number (BEN).

  • Funds for Learning issues E-rate news and analysis through a weekly newsletter.

  • The American Library Association (ALA) E-rate and Universal Service page includes information about ALA’s advocacy regarding the E-rate program.
