The EBSCOhost database suite has everything for your “need to know” – 26 databases with full text access to newspapers; magazines; professional journal articles, including thousands of peer-reviewed titles; encyclopedia entries; quality, up-to-date medical information; and the list goes on and on! We’ll be discussing each of the databases, and exploring how to search both a single database and multiple databases simultaneously, how to set up a personal account, capture results, and arrange alerts so you can follow a topic of interest. Database content includes information on nursing biomedicine, alternative/complementary medicine, consumer health and 17 allied health disciplines.
