Course Description

For those state government employees wanting to learn more about the State Library’s resources and services, KDLA is offering “Information at Your Fingertips: Introduction to State Library Services for State Employees.”

This training session will include information on:

Ask a Librarian and Reference Services for State Employees
State Library Collections including books, audiobooks, DVDs and videos, state and federal publications
How to find materials using the KDLA Catalog and resource lists
Electronic Databases Available to State Employees

KDLA offers these courses free to Kentucky State Employees.

Certificates of Training will be emailed to you following the session.

Delivery Method:

These hour long classes will be conducted online with iLinc web conferencing technology. Class participants will need access to the Internet and a telephone.

Limitations:

Only Kentucky State Employees are eligible to register.
There is a maximum of 24 persons total per class.
