Fire Prevention

To request a video or DVD:
State government employees should follow the call number link to the KDLA Catalog and click on the “Request Item” tab at the top. An Internet form with the title, author, etc. will appear on your computer screen. Complete the form by filling in your name, contact information and library card number. Then click on “Submit Form.” Materials can be delivered by messenger mail in Frankfort or by UPS to field/district offices (return postage included).

Public Library staff should use the Public Library Visual Materials/Kit Request form.

Members of the general public should contact their local public library for interlibrary loan service.
