HTML Goodies is an excellent resource for coding, tutorials,
and articles about web design. Written in non-technological
terms, the site has a wealth of scripts for the beginning
web designer, with additional information about browser
compatibility issues as well as a listserv service for
those needing expert help.

The W3C website contains information about Web technologies
such as the Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), the Extensible
Markup Language (XML), and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
The consortium, founded in 1994 by MIT, is a group of
400 member organizations and a full-time staff of more
than 70 people who develop “best practices”
for web publications with ADA/508 accessibility in mind.
This resource contains online help programs/generators
and tutorials in both basic and advanced html markup.
