Course Description

There is so much more to OCLC WorldCat Resource Sharing than just placing and responding to requests! Do you want to enhance your borrowing and lending experience? Would you like to make it easier for patrons to place their own ILL requests? What about tracking your borrowing and lending activities with reports and statistics? Attend this session to learn how the WorldCat Resource Sharing Adminstrative Module and OCLC Usage Statistics can help make your ILL life easier and more productive

Intended Audience:

ILL practitioners with OCLC interlibrary loan experience using WorldCat Resource Sharing.

Prerequisites:

OCLC WorldCat Resource Sharing: The Basics and/or equivalent knowledge of OCLC.

Registration to this free of charge class is limited to two people from each library system. While this is an online class, it is live and there are only 15 seats available. If you were paying for this session it would cost $120 per person. Registration will be accepted on a first come first served basis. The registration deadline is two weeks prior to the session.
