Registration Form: Podcasting for Libraries

Course Description

The term "podcasting" sounds like something out of the movie "Invasion of the Body Snatchers." It is actually a method of creating audio content and making it available via the web. How are libraries using this technology? In this two-hour class we will explore what makes up a podcast, what happens behind the scenes, and how libraries are using it as a promotional tool.

Registration to this free of charge class is limited to two people from each library system. If you were paying for this session it would cost $120 per person. Registration will be accepted on a first come first served basis. The registration deadline is two weeks prior to the session.
