Continuing Education
Registration Form: Cascading Style Sheets with Dreamweaver

Course Description

Changing the layout and design of web pages is possible using XHTML and HTML; but, technically, both were created just for presenting content; not to affect the style of that content. Enter Cascading Style Sheets! Cascading Style Sheets, or CSS, allow web designers to easily define design elements - such as color changes, alignment, indentation, and borders - and separate them from the page content. This hands-on class will teach the types of style sheets, how to format style sheets, including a number of style sheet properties and their values, and how to use Dreamweaver to facilitate this process. Throughout the class, you will learn how to create and modify style sheets with the newest version of Dreamweaver.

Registration to this free of charge class is limited to two people from each library system. While this is an online class, it is live and there are only 15 "seats" available. If you were paying for this session it would cost $120 per person. Registration will be accepted on a first come first served basis.
