ADVERTISMENT FOR BID
SAMPLE COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY
AUTOMATION PROJECT

Components to be included:

1. Database, circulation, opac, bookmobile and cataloging software including site license for same.
2. Selected opac, technical services, server, circulation, and bookmobile terminals and equipment.
3. Selected wiring, installation, set-up and configuration for all equipment and lan.
4. Complete hardware and software technical support and maintenance, including any software updates.
5. Complete on-site training for staff.
6. Vendor will act as source for continuing supplies.

Bids must be received by the director’s office of the sample county public library no later than ??????, 2003 Bids received after this deadline may be considered non-complying and may be rejected un-opened.

System specified must be a turnkey system, with all componets supplied from a single source. Bids received that do not adequately address all facets of the project will not be considered.
