State Library Circulating Collections

The State Library administers two circulating programs to interested Kentucky public libraries. Both programs offer library materials in a wide array of titles and genres that can be used to meet the needs of their communities without expending their own budget resources.

Circulating Audiobook Program

The State Library provides audiobooks to interested public libraries. These audiobooks circulate for a maximum of four months. The receiving library has the discretion to select the number of audiobooks (from 10 to 40) and the variety of genres it would like to have included. Public libraries interested in participating in this program should contact Julie Scalos at julie.scalos@ky.gov or 800.928.7000 ext. 332.
