The Kentucky Annual Report of Public Libraries is an online survey dedicated to collecting information detailing public library service throughout the state. Each report provides a snapshot of the library as it existed on June 30, the last day of the fiscal year. The 2017 Kentucky Annual Report covers library activity for the 2016-2017 fiscal year. The online form is available on July 1, 2017. The due date for the annual report submission is August 27, 2017. Failure to submit the report may result in the denial of grants from KDLA as well as a loss or delay in state aid.
